The thoughts of MICRODAC

There are six majors reasons, I think, why immigrants come to America: Financial freedom, better education, prestige of being an American, creative expressions, good health care and religious freedom. The truth is, I believe, that as long as America is a country of principles, immigrants will always want to come here. If we don't want immigrants here, continue to compromise our principles , destroy our personal and civil liberties and then become a third rate country . Immigrants will then stop coming here. We will become what they are running away from .

For Senator Obama to win an election and become our next president, he must be a president of All the people. Saying things that are insightful and politically expedient at the expense of the poor and disenfranchised is not a good thing. I would request that he state clearly what he will do to eliminate the problems facing America today. What could he have done with $500 billion! How will he get rid of systematical racism once and for all? What about poverty ? I would also add that the war in Iraq is a very BIG issue! When people like Alan Greenspan is suggesting the connection between oil and the war, we all must take note. If (and I say a big IF) the war in Iraq was about oil, then the American People deserve answers in a formal forum conducted by Congress!

Your vote at the ballot box may not always make a difference, but your dollar bills always matter. Vote with your dollar bills . Don't compromise your ethics, values and sense of fairness by buying products or supporting services that disregard your sense of Justice and fair play. Never support a company that disregards human lives for the sake of profits. If the environment is important to you, then don't support companies that think that global warming is a myth. You may be too poor to buy influence in Washington, DC, but you DO have friends that share your values. Together, your dollar bill voting matters.
